24 Drug Dealers Identified, Almost $300K In Drugs Seized In FCSO Operation

Palm Coast, FL - 14 months of an investigation leads to the identification of 24 drug dealers and the seizure of almost $300,000 worth of drugs.

So far, 20 arrests have been made as part of the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office’s “Operation Winter Wonder Cells,” but a total of 24 arrest warrants have been filed and secured. But so far in this operation, the FCSO seized more than $277,000 in drugs and narcotics, including fentanyl, heroin, oxycodone, cocaine, THC oil, methamphetamine, and marijuana.

In total, across the 24 offenders identified by the sheriff’s office, more than 160 felony charges have been filed. Some of the arrestees are also facing other charges in other ongoing criminal investigations. In fact, some suspects had previously been arrested when search warrants were served at other drug dealing locations, while some were already in the Flagler County Jail.

One suspect, Michael McIntyre, is already facing time in prison on a first-degree murder conviction for selling a fatal dose of fentanyl.

“On the whole, these poison peddlers have been convicted 48 times,” said Flagler Sheriff Rick Staly, commenting on the arrests.

The age of the suspects range from 23 to 69 years of age. A full list of the arrested, and their charges, can be found below.

  • Arvin Long, Sale of Cannabis within 1000 Feet of a School.
  • Victor Cepeda, Trafficking Cocaine and Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communication Device.
  • Rodney Hill, Sale of Cannabis within 1000 feet, Sale of Cocaine within 1000 feet and Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communication Device.
  • Michael Jackson, Sale of Fentanyl and Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communication Device.
  • Jonathan Demartino, Sale of Fentanyl within 1000 feet and Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communication Device.
  • Dakota Brill, Sale of THC Oil and Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communication Device.
  • Stacey Pringle, Sale of Synthetic Cathinones and Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communication Device.
  • Austin Flores, Sale of Hydrocodone within 1000 feet of a public park.
  • Keith Harper, Sale of Cannabis within 1000 feet.
  • Kijante Toussaint, Sale of Cannabis.
  • Patrick Turner, Sale of Synthetic Cathinones within 1000 feet.
  • John Mancuso, Sale of Cocaine and Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communication Device.
  • Capers McClendon, Sale of Cocaine within 1000 feet.
  • Sean Wilkes, Sale of Cocaine within 1000 feet.
  • Zachary Pierce, Trafficking Methamphetamine, Trafficking Fentanyl, and Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communication Device.

The following four suspects are wanted and have yet to be arrested.

  • Xavier McCall, Sale of Cocaine and Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communication Device.
  • Lomack Bennett, Sale of Cocaine.
  • Erik Zimmerman, Sale of Fentanyl and Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communication Device.
  • Identity Withheld, Sale of Cannabis.
