American Airlines Extends Dallas Flights Through Summer

Daytona Beach, FL - Daytona's newest seasonal service to Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) will continue through the summer.

The service—which is offered by one of Daytona Beach International Airport's (DBIA) mainstay carriers, American Airlines—was initially slated to end on April 5th. But, because of strong bookings,  service to Dallas is now extended to August 16th.

“We are thrilled American Airlines has made the decision to extend the DFW flight, especially this early in the service,” said Airport Director Karen Feaster.

American Airlines introduced service to Dallas from Daytona Beach on December 17th alongside seasonal service to Philadelphia. There is no word on whether or not the airline plans to extend service to Philadelphia.

American will offer these flights along with their current nonstop service to Charlotte, which offers four flights a day. Tickets can be purchased through the airline's website.
