Another Drug House Shut Down By Flagler County Sheriff's Office

Palm Coast, FL - Multiple complaints sent to the Flagler County Sheriff's Office lead to the shut down of another drug house in Palm Coast.

In fact, according to Flagler Sheriff Rick Staly, the Raemoor Drive home has had 69 calls for service in the past two years for disturbances, overdoses, drug dealing, warrant arrests and a prior drug search warrant from almost a year ago.

All of that helped the home and its occupants secure a spot on FCSO's "High Intensity Target list."

Come today (June 4th), FCSO's Special Investigations Unit and their SWAT team gave the residents an early morning wake up call, which Sheriff Staly was also present for.

During their search, investigators found fentanyl, marijuana, methamphetamine, prescription drugs with no prescription, used needles, unused needles and an assortment of other drug paraphernalia. Six subjects were also located in the residence. Four of them were immediately arrested on numerous charges.

The investigation continues for the other two subjects, including the homeowner.

Those who were arrested in the raid include:

• Margaret Lynn Tillman, 38, charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Sell, Possession of Cannabis, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
• Samantha Marie Tillman, 35, charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of New or Legend Drug, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
• Glenn James Moratto, 35, charged with Violation of Probation. It was also discovered that Moratto had two active arrest warrants for Violation of Probation from previous cases.
• Christopher Ryan Avellar, 36, charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Further charges are pending as the investigation continues.
