Daytona Beach, FL - After falling for the past couple of months, condo sales on the World's Most Famous Beach bounced back throughout June.

The latest Multiple Listing Service (MLS) analysis by Wyse Home Team Realty showed that 169 condos sold in the area with a median sales price of $225,000 in June. "This is the bounce back in the market that we've been waiting for," said Ron Wysocarski, Broker and CEO of Wyse Home Team Realty. "We weren't sure how well the market would bounce back after the months of closures and uncertainties that the coronavirus brought."
