Daytona Beach, FL - A woman that Daytona Beach Police say came out of her apartment naked to shoot and kill a man is sentenced to 25 years in prison. The State Attorney's Office reports that 41-year-old Latasha Reaves was scheduled for a jury trial this week. She pleaded no contest today (January 27) and a judge handed down her sentence.
The incident happened on March 2, 2018. Witnesses say 47-year-old Patrick Robinson was outside of Reaves apartment arguing with neighbors when Reaves stepped outside naked and shot him once int he chest.
When police brought her in for questioning, Reaves stripped naked in the interview room. The arrest report showed Reaves was behaving erratically after she was brought to the police station.
