According to a Crime Stoppers of Northeast Florida press release, Williams is believed to occasionally dress in women's clothing to keep him from being captured. He's also known to have several female acquaintances who allow him to stay at their residence. They say Williams is familiar with the transient lifestyle and could be living on the streets.

DBPD does have a warrant for Williams's arrest in connection to Smith's death.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 888-277-TIPS or online at northeastflorida.crimestoppersweb.com. You can also download the app from the website. You can remain anonymous.
