Daytona Beach, FL - An early morning (August 18) shooting at Travelers Inn is under investigation by the Daytona Beach Police Department. Public Information Officer Messod Bendayan said the 911 call came in at 3:38 a.m.
The call appears to have come from a room at the motel located at 850 South Ridgewood Avenue. Paramedics found a woman there who was critically injured. She remains in the hospital.
This is an active investigation and DBPD is not releasing any other information at this time. Check back for updates.
