Daytona Beach, FL - Daytona Beach Police Department (DBPD) investigators say 23-year-old Shaquan Willoughby's body was found in a breezeway near the back of the Andros Isles Apartments complex early yesterday (August 28) morning. Members of the Criminal Investigation Division (CID) responded to a weapons complaint at 145 Acklins Circle at 4:21 a.m.
Several witnesses told dispatchers they heard numerous gunshots and the sound of a vehicle leaving the apartment complex shortly afterward. At this time, there's not a lot of suspect information available, including what type of vehicle was used to flee the scene.
