DBPD Charges Two With Murder In May 11 Fatal Shooting

Daytona Beach, FL - Two men involved in a fatal traffic crash on Monday (May 11) in Orlando are now charged in the fatal shooting of 25-year-old Joshua Goodman. Daytona Beach Police say 29-year-old Willie Walker was a person of interest in the shooting and 33-year-old Andrew Burgman was in the car with him when they got in the fatal crash that killed a 70-year-old woman.

Homicide Person Of Interest Injured In Fatal Orlando Crash

Both Walker and Burgman are charged with second-degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The arrest warrants are no bond.

At this time, both men are patients at Orlando Regional Medical Center. When they’re released, they'll be processed at the local jail and extradited from there to Volusia County.

DBPD says  the murder charges could be upgraded in the future to first-degree.
