DeLand, FL - DeLand Police are investigating two separate burglaries that took place recently less than two miles apart.
The first happened at a residence located in the 800 block of Arlington Avenue on December 26. Surveillance video shows a white man with brown hair in the early morning hours. He stole a green Yard-Man leaf blower, Senco coil roof nail gun, and a pink Radio Flyer bike for a toddler.
Last Friday, January 3, police say two male suspects wearing hoodies broke into a home in the 800 block of West Arizona Avenue using a hatchet. The suspects stole two pairs of work boots, a pair of denim jeans, a soundbar, circular saw and bluetooth speaker.
