DeLand, FL - The draft ballots for both ECHO and Volusia Forever programs are available on the county website. The Volusia County Council accepted reports for both programs at their meeting last week.
The Council asked for complete audits on both programs in February. Newly hired County Internal Auditor Jonathan Edwards went through twenty years of fiscal and operational activities and presented his findings at last week’s meeting.
Volusia County Council members were pleased with the findings and the small number of recommendations for improvement – about a dozen.
