Ormond Beach, FL-If you're out on the road in Ormond Beach Saturday morning, a heads up! The Tomoka Marathon event will draw big crowds of runners and have roads closed along the marathon route.
Police in Ormond Beach say expect delays in "The Loop" area. The event expected to wrap up around 2PM Saturday.
Here are the details:
Riverside Drive, from SR40 thru Casement Drive, will be closed from 5 AM until
2 PM.
SR40 outside westbound lane from N. Halifax to John Anderson Drive will be closed
from 6:30 AM to 8 AM.
The westbound bicycle lane of the Granada Bridge will be closed from 6:30 AM until
2 pm.
North Beach Street will be closed to North Bound traffic from 6:30 am hours until 2 pm.
Expect traffic delays on North Halifax, from SR40 to John Anderson Drive, from 6:30 AM
hours until 7:30 AM.
