The report from Lieutenant Kim Montes, Public Affairs Officers with FHP, says that 20-year-old Kaily Blankenship was driving her 1998 Honda northbound on State Road 415 around 10:30 last night (October 29th).

On the other side of the road, two currently unnamed riders, operating Kawasaki motorcycles, were traveling south.

According to witness accounts, Blankenship went to pass a 2002 Dodge pickup truck in a passing zone. But, after passing the truck, FHP reports that Blankenship hit both riders head-on, before hitting the Dodge truck in the other lane.
