Flagler Beach, FL - As mass COVID-19 vaccination sites wind their services down, some local governments are setting up vaccination events at smaller venues. The city of Flagler Beach will hold events on Wednesday and Thursday this week and on Wednesday and Thursday next week.
Tomorrow, the first dose of the Moderna vaccine will be available at Finn's Beachside Pub from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Thursday, things move to Tortugas from 10 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
Next week, May 5, The Anchor will be the location for vaccinations from 10 a.m. until noon. On Thursday afternoon, vaccinations will take place from 2:30 to 4:30 at Oceanside Beach Bar & Grill.
The Moderna vaccine is for those 18 and older. No appointment is necessary and second doses will be scheduled.
