Palm Coast, FL - A flyer circulating on social media was brought to the attention of the Flagler County Sheriff's Office and "The Littest Homecoming Party of 2019" was on it's way to being brought to a halt.

The flyer stated that “Kendall’s HOCO After Party” was on October 19th at 11 p.m. with $2 shots and $4 mixed drinks and to BYOW (Bring your Own Weed) and BYOB (Bring your own booze). Deputies arrived at the home located at 21 Russo Drive to find quite a few minors entering and exiting the fenced in yard, some carrying bottles of alcohol.

Deputies announced themselves and asked to speak to the homeowner. Deputies say 18-year-old Kendall Morgan spoke to deputies, telling them that her grandmother was home but asleep. The grandmother was awakened and asked the deputies for assistance in shutting down the party.

When initially questioned, Morgan denied throwing the party and denied that minors were consuming alcohol. Deputies showed her the evidence of the flyer on social media that she was promoting an underage drinking
party and selling alcohol to minors on her personal social media accounts. She confessed.

“We will not tolerate adults contributing to the delinquency of children and promoting underage drinking. If you do, you will go to jail,” Sheriff Rick Staly said. “The party was scheduled from 11 pm until whenever, but it was promptly shut down at 12:08 am. Nothing good occurs when minors, alcohol, ‘weed’ and adults mix. ”

Morgan was arrested and remains in the Flagler County Jail. She is charged with hosting an Open House Party and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Child. Deputies confirmed that Morgan is already on juvenile probation. She was additionally charged with Violation of Probation. She is being held without bond.
