DeLand, FL - Volusia County investigators say a 60-year-old victim was shot in the leg during a drive-by shooting in the Spring Hill area of DeLand.
The victim, who was described as a homeless man, was injured after the shooting took place in the 1000 block of South Clara Avenue.
Investigators say that he sustained two gunshot wounds to one leg. He was transported to Halifax Health Medical Center for treatment of injuries not considered life-threatening.
In addition to the victim, two nearby homes and vehicles were also struck during the incident.
