Palm Coast, FL - A 21-year-old man is now facing multiple charges after a victim came forward about multiple incidents of violent sexual battery that took place between 2017 and 2019.

According to the Flagler County Sheriff's Office (FCSO), the victim disclosed in November 2020 that they were between the ages of 13 and 15 when the incidents took place at a Palm Coast residence. They also identified Isaac Baker as the perpetrator of the crime.

Per a report provided by investigators, one incident took place around Thanksgiving or Christmas in 2017. In that incident, Baker reportedly raped the victim after bounding her hands and covering her mouth. In another incident, Baker forced the victim's face into a pillow as he raped the victim.

“This is a sick individual who needs to spend the rest of his life in prison,” Flagler Sheriff Rick Staly said. “We pray the victim receives the emotional support and counseling she needs to help her recovery from the trauma of these attacks.”

During the investigation, detectives were able to establish probable cause and obtain an arrest warrant for Becker. On February 12th, investigators traveled to Virginia where Baker was at the time to arrest him. Additionally, Becker confessed to the crimes.

He was initially held in Virginia on a $300,000 bond. He has since been extradited to Flagler County to face his charges of two counts of sexual battery on an underaged victim and two counts of lewd and lascivious battery on a victim between 12 and 16 years old.
