Port Orange, FL - A man is charged with First-Degree Murder, Arson, Arson with Great Bodily Harm,
Burglary with Battery and Sexual Battery on a Physically Helpless Victim in the death of 67-year-old Elizabeth Adams. Port Orange Police say 22-year-old Dougnitrio Smith is being held without bond. Another person, 30-year-old Kathryn Matson, faces a charge of Dealing in Stolen Property in relation to Adams death.
Volusia County M.E. Deems Port Orange Woman's Death "Suspicious"
The Medical Examiner's report stated that Adams "suffered multiple injuries."
