Daytona Beach Shores, FL - A Volusia County man is now facing a slew of charges, including attempted murder, after witnesses recorded him slamming into a woman's car repeatedly as she screamed for help.

The Daytona Beach Shores Department of Public Safety (DBSDPS) said several 911 calls about a vehicle constantly ramming another car as a woman screamed for her life were what brought officers to a parking lot on South Atlantic Avenue Sunday night (November 8th).

Video reportedly sent to investigators shows a car repeatedly slamming into another vehicle as bystanders look on and call 911. As the video plays out, a woman can be heard screaming for help in the background.

According to accounts from the victims and bystanders, a woman exited the vehicle and attempted to run for safety. At some point, the suspect, who has been identified as 29-year-old Hillary Henderson, allegedly shouted "I'm going to kill you!" out of his window as he drove towards the female victim. She tried to jump over a wall to run away, but could not. Henderson then allegedly attempted to run over the victim but she was able to get to an area where his vehicle couldn't reach her.

At that time, Henderson left his vehicle and began to attack a male victim as the female ran into a 7-11 convenience store to get help. Henderson left the scene and was later arrested by the Port Orange Police Department.

The victims told investigators they met up with Henderson and planned to stay together in a hotel for the night. Later that night, Henderson apparently became enraged with the couple over money for the room, which is when he began to ram into their vehicle, which pushed the car several feet while they were still inside. This caused the passenger's side door to be smashed in to the point it could not open.

Both victims refused emergency transport, but still went to the hospital after the ordeal.

Henderson has since been charged with attempted murder, battery, burglary with battery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and criminal mischief. He remains in custody with no bond.
