UPDATE 06-09-20: Investigators now say the victim who was shot is a 31-year-old male, who is in the hospital and is expected to survive.
Deputies also report that an unidentified suspect fled the area before the Sheriff's Office arrived.

DeLand, FL - The Volusia Sheriff's Office is currently on the scene of a shooting in DeLand.
Details are scarce right now, but VSO reports that the shooting took place on Lenox Court. One male subject has been transported to the hospital so far. Investigators have not discussed their condition.
Additionally, portions of Adelle Avenue will be shut down as deputies investigate the shooting. Try to seek an alternate route if able.
