Teen's Face Slashed In Apparent Random Attack
Reviewing video surveillance, conducting door-to-door neighborhood checks, and talking to possible witnesses led the investigators to Peoples.
Peoples was arrested last night (October 13) at his home in DeLand. Orange City detectives, with assistance from the Volusia Sheriff's Office deputies, made contact with Peoples at his home on Halstead Street. He was taken into custody without incident.
Peoples is being held without bond on a charge of Aggravated Battery. He's currently on pre-trial release in a domestic violence case.
