Palm Coast, FL - A 17-year-old Flagler County teen is now facing felony charges after deputies say she attacked a victim with a taser during a fight at a Palm Coast park.
The Flagler County Sheriff's Office (FCSO) was called to Ralph Carter Park on Wednesday (April 7th) after receiving reports of an active disturbance with weapons. When deputies arrived they found multiple vehicles entering and exiting the parking lot and multiple people standing around and yelling.
A woman then told deputies that several juveniles arrived at her home in an attempt to fight her son. After that, they decided to settle their argument by fighting at the park.
She added that she tried to calm everybody down before it escalated into a fight, but she was unable to. The woman also claimed that another female grabbed a baseball bat when the fight started and struck a vehicle, causing the juveniles to frantically disperse before coming back to fight. However, deputies did not find the bat or any damaged vehicles.
Deputies also found a juvenile male at the park who appeared to be vomiting continuously. After further investigation, deputies learned that the male was beaten by numerous subjects and was shocked multiple times with a Taser. Investigators noted that the juvenile had marks consistent with a Taser on his left abdomen, left arm, and on his back. He was then hospitalized for his injuries.

Investigators later learned that there was footage of the incident. A video obtained by deputies shows multiple suspects attacking the juvenile male, including a juvenile female—who deputies identified in a release as 17-year-old Mar Figueroa Rohena—who was using a taser on the victim throughout the four-minute video.
When asked about the incident, Rohena stated that the victim allegedly kicked her so she used her Taser on him in retaliation.
"There is no doubt that without the intervention of family members and law enforcement, this feud between these two groups will continue and will escalate until someone is seriously injured or killed," Flagler Sheriff Rick Staly said. "We have 30 to 40 people all participating in a brawl at a park. This is completely unacceptable and is not the way to solve a disagreement."
Rohena was arrested and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and using a weapon while committing a second-degree felony. She remains in custody at the Department of Juvenile Justice in Daytona Beach.
