DELAND, Fla. - Ali Spice, a famous content creator on the social platform TikTok, was killed on Sunday in a car accident on SR-44 near DeLand. She was 21 years old at the time of her death. According to sources familiar with the incident, the crash killed her and two other passengers, 25 year-old Daytona Beach resident Kyle Moser and Ava Fellerman, a friend.

The crash was described by police as a head-on collision, in which another driver came into the lane that Ali and Kyle were driving in. The driver of the vehicle carrying the three victims was Devin Perkins, Ali's boyfriend. Perkins escaped with serious injuries but survived.

Ali Spice, real name Alexandra Dulin, built a following on TikTok documenting her career as a waitress at Hooter's. She amassed an audience of over 900,000 followers who checked in to hear about the different experiences Dulin had in her unique occupation.

Several vehicles were involved beyond just Dulin's. The crash was reportedly caused by a Toyota Tacoma which hit the victims' vehicle head-on, before hitting one more vehicle shortly after. A fourth vehicle received damage after hitting debris from the wreck.

The driver of the Tacoma fled on foot according to Florida Highway Patrol, and an initial attempt by the Volusia Sheriff's Office's K9 unit failed to bring him in. With an investigation ongoing, neither FHP or VSO are releasing more information for the time being.
