Ormond Beach, FL - Rescue units carefully extricate the occupants of a mobile home after a tree fell on the residence, according to Volusia County's EMS Union.
Multiple units from the Ormond Beach Fire Department and Volusia County Fire Rescue were called to the home off of South Nova Road just after 9:00 Saturday morning (May 1). Per a Facebook post from Volusia County EMS - IAEP Local 77, 10 separate units were called in.
Occupants were still inside of the home at the time of the incident. They were carefully extricated by rescue workers, who reported no injuries.
At this time, it is unclear as to what made the tree fall and how many occupants were inside the home. We will pass along updates as they come.
