Port Orange, FL - The Volusia County Medical Examinar deems a 67-year-old Port Orange woman, identified as Elizabeth Adams', death "suspicious."
Port Orange Police responded to a home on New Bolton Drive on Tuesday (July 28) around 9 a.m. for a report of smoke coming from the house. The Port Orange Fire Department was already on scene when officers arrived. Firefighters had entered the home and and found the woman's body.
The results of preliminary findings from the Medical Examiner's Office has made this incident an active suspicious death investigation.
