Ormond Beach, FL - Ormond Beach police say a biker was found dead after an early morning crash on Monday.
Officers say the crash happened just before 1:00 a.m. in the 300 block of Airport Road. According to police, the rider, who has since been identified as 42-year-old Periat Florentin of Ormond Beach, was found off of the roadway by passing drivers.
Shortly after Florentin was found, emergency services arrived. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. Florentin was also just one week away from his 43rd birthday.
