Around 12:55 AM on Wednesday, two vehicles collided on State Road 415 between New Smyrna Beach and Deltona, near Colony Road.

A 2017 Toyota, driving southbound, passed the vehicle in front of it legally and returned to the southbound lane when a 2006 Nissan traveling northbound drove into the southbound lane, striking the Toyota head-on.
