Orlando, FL - Reports say that a woman is dead after a car fleeing from police slammed into her vehicle.
Initial reports state that the vehicle driven by the fleeing driver is linked to a homicide in Daytona Beach that occurred sometime last night (May 11th).
Officers say that the vehicle crashed into the woman earlier today (May 12th) on Rio Grande Avenue after fleeing from police near John Young Parkway. The woman was killed as a result of the crash.
News Daytona Beach is currently waiting on word from the Daytona Beach Police Department, who is set to go live from their headquarters this afternoon with more details related to the homicide.
