Posted

Daytona Beach, FL - It's been six weeks since 37-year-old's James Robinson was shot down in his uncle's driveway on Lincoln St. in Daytona Beach. Chief Craig Capri said during a press conference today that his detectives are making good progress. He feels very confident in his investigators but they still need help to solve this murder and arrest the suspect or suspects.

Members of Robinson's family spoke at the press conference.  His wife said that it's very hard to stand up and ask for help. "Someone out there know's something. Please help us find the killer so he can be brought to justice. Please? We lost a loved one. Please, we ask you for  your help. Justice for James."

After Robinson's wife and mother spoke, Chief Capri asked that anyone who knows anything about the shooting come forward. "We need your help. We need to get this killer, we need to get him in custody. I can assure you that are detectives working on this case, we're going to catch him. To the killer out there, we're coming for you. To the public, we need your help to do it faster."

Capri reiterates that you can remain anonymous. If you have anyone information, contact Detective Michael Jaeger at (386) 671-5245 or JaegerMichael@dbpd.us regarding Case 200009728.
