Ormond Beach, FL - The Department of Children and Families is now involved after an Ormond Beach couple was found to be dwelling in unlivable conditions.
WFTV-9 News reports that deputies found the 59-year-old paralyzed man and his mentally disabled wife living with "feces in bags and buckets."
A neighbor became involved after a conversation with the wife that left her disturbed.
