Palm Coast, FL - For the second time this week, Flagler County Sheriff's K-9 officer Holmes makes a successful track.  Holmes was able to quickly find an 11-year-old boy who ran away from home last night (January 9).

FCSO was contacted at 6:17 p.m. about the boy by his mother who said her son ran out of the back door carrying his backpack, pillow, and a red blanket. Using a pillowcase for a scent article, Holmes, who is a Bloodhound, and his handler began the track. The boy was located hiding underneath his blanket in the woods several streets from his home.  He was not injured and was taken home by the deputy.
