DeLand, FL - Police are investigating after a woman was found dead in a home late last night (September 27th).
According to the DeLand Police Department, units responded to a home off of North Arlington to a complaint of a foul odor.
When they arrived they discovered an older male who was still alive but may have been intoxicated and a female who was deceased.
According to police, it appears that she has been deceased for more than 24 hours. The male was taken to a nearby hospital while detectives investigate the death.
