Local Business Offers Reward For Info On Attacker

Ormond Beach, FL - An Ormond Beach restaurant owner, Kevin Wakefield, is offering a two thousand dollar reward for information leading to the arrest of anyone involved in an attack that happened this past weekend.

Wakefield said in a Facebook post that the suspect attacked a woman in the lot next to Ormond Garage around 2:00 AM on Saturday. 

The suspect is described as a white male in his 20s, about 5’-5”, wearing a green shirt and blue jeans. He fled the area in a silver passenger car with a very noisy serpentine belt. 

Wakefield said he plans to have more people patrolling the parking areas and women are encouraged to ask for an escort to their vehicle.
