Orange City, FL - Orange City police say a Volusia County man is back in custody after he escaped through a hole in the bathroom ceiling.
According to WFTV-9 News, Michael Caruso punched a hole in the ceiling on Sunday, April 2, just before 7 PM and climbed into the attic, removed the attic fan, then walked out of the police department.
Caruso was initially arrested for 2 counts of grand theft, resisting law enforcement and a warrant. He was caught and re-arrested
