Daytona Beach, FL - A 20-year-old man that Volusia Sheriff's Office investigators say helped Gregory Ramos cover up the death of his mother in November 2018 pleaded guilty to a charge of Accessory After the Fact to Second-degree Murder in court yesterday (February 8). Dylan Ceglarek has spent 828 days in the Volusia County Jail in connection to the murder of 46-year-old Gail Cleavenger of DeBary.

The sentence recommended by the state includes Withholding of Adjudication, credit for time served, ten years of supervised probation, substance abuse evaluation and complete any recommended treatment, mental health evaluation and complete any recommended counseling, no drugs without a valid prescription, and no contact with his co-defendants. The co-defendants are Ramos, who was sentenced to 45 years in prison last month. The other, Brian Porros, has a pre-trial date for April 12, 2021, but the State Attorney's Office anticipates a plea hearing will be filed for Porros prior to that time.

The sentence also states that the defense can petition for early termination of probation at their discretion.
