DeLand, FL - If you've suffered a loss of income directly related to COVID-19 and have a mortgage on a home in Volusia County, you could be eligible for financial assistance. Volusia County Community Assistance has developed the COVID-19 Mortgage Assistance Progam.
Eligible households could receive the assistance for up to three months and includes payment of arrears, current and future payments.
The upload portal becomes active on Monday, May 11, at 8 a.m. All applications and related documentation should be submitted using the secure portal, not by email. If you are unable to submit your information electronically you may mail it to the address shown on the application.
Assistance is available on a first-ready, first-served basis. A limited number of applications will be accepted based on funding availability.
