PALM COAST - Artie Gardella, a longtime senior fitness specialist in Palm Coast, has announced the release of his new book Because You Have a Bucket List. He'll be hosting a special book signing this Saturday, December 16th, to celebrate the release at St. Thomas Episcopal Church.
"Writing Because You Have a Bucket List has been a journey of passion and reflection," Gardella said of the release. "It encapsulates my experience in empowering seniors to live their lives to the fullest. This book is more than just words; it's an invitation to embrace every moment with enthusiasm and courage, no matter your age."
The book signing will take place at 11:00 am on Saturday, at St. Thomas Episcopal Church (5400 Belle Terre Parkway, Palm Coast). Those in attendance will be treated to a mimosa brunch and live music, as well as a presentation from Gardella on select excerpts from his book and what inspired him to create it.
Before writing Because You Have a Bucket List, Artie Gardella built his expertise with over two decades of professional experience in senior fitness. He currently holds twelve fitness classes a week between Flagler and Volusia counties, including the Palm Coast Community Center, First Baptist Church in Bunnell, First Baptist Church in Palm Coast, and St. Thomas Episcopal Church. His classes cover a variety of topics such as pilates, balance and motion, and active fitness.
In speaking about his book, Gardella expressed a desire to help seniors achieve meaningful goals and adopt a healthy and vibrant lifestyle in their older years.
