Port Orange, FL - The City of Port Orange reports that two members of the Fire and Rescue Department have COVID-19. They tested positive on Thursday (June 18).
All effected personnel are self-isolating at home and not working per CDC and Florida Department of Health guidelines.
All other necessary precautions have been taken to minimize the spread of the virus among any close
contacts within the department. In addition, staff is being monitored for symptoms twice daily.
