VCSO Asks For Help Identifying Bank Robbery Suspect


Deltona, FL - Volusia County Sheriff's detectives are looking for a white male in his early 40s, about 5 feet seven inches tall, wearing glasses, a blue shirt, and blue shorts and wearing a white baseball-style cap in connection with a bank robbery at the Fifth Third Bank on Elkcam Boulevard in Deltona yesterday (July 30) just before 5 p.m.

Detectives say the suspect showed a teller a note demanding money and got away with an unknown amount of cash. As soon as he got the money, the suspect fled the bank and was last seen walking toward a strip mall behind the bank. The suspect could not be located.
