DELTONA, Fla. - The City of Deltona is seeking community volunteers to assist in its upcoming Halloween Spooktacular event. Taking place on Saturday, October 28th from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, the event is one of the premiere family activities in Deltona for the 2023 fall season.
The Spooktacular is being held at Dewey O Boster Sports Complex in Deltona, located at 1200 Saxon Blvd. Attractions include hay rides, glow foam, a costume competition, haunted trails, and more.
Those willing to take part and help with the event are asked to fill out the volunteer form on the City of Deltona's website. Questions or concerns can be handled by Deltona's Parks and Recreation Department at (386) 878-8900.
Applicants will be contacted by the City of Deltona for follow-up information and to coordinate a meeting after submitting their form. There, any additional information necessary to participate will be explained and the volunteer will be ready to join the fun on October 28th.
