Volusia County ECHO Committee To Meet With Applicants

Volusia County, FL - Volusia County's Environmental, Cultural, Historical and Outdoor Recreation (ECHO) Advisory Committee plans to meet at ECHO grant applicants' project sites.

The meetings will take place on Feb. 28 at individual site locations. There will be a 30-minute visit to each site, which will include a presentation and opportunity to ask questions, followed by an eligibility meeting at 4 PM, Edgewater Public Library, 103 W. River Blvd., Edgewater.

All presentations and the eligibility meeting are open to the public.

Site locations and times are as follows:

8:15 AM, Rob Sullivan Park, 200 W. Highbanks Road, DeBary.

9 AM, Florida Hospital Memorial, 1055 Saxon Blvd, Orange City.

10:15 AM, Riverfront Park, 204 S. Beach St., Daytona Beach.

11:15 AM, New Smyrna Beach City Annex, 214 Sams Ave., New Smyrna Beach.

1 PM, Marine Discovery Center, 100 Barracuda Blvd., New Smyrna Beach.

1:45 PM, 27th Avenue Beachfront Park, 3701 S. Atlantic Ave.

2:25 PM, Whistle Stop Park, 651 Roberts Road, Edgewater.

3;20 PM, Mary DeWees Park, 198 N. Gaines St., Oak Hill.

Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) not-for-profit groups that have a local office in Volusia County, municipal governments within Volusia County and departments of Volusia County Government.
