DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - The Volusia Sheriff's Office announced Friday that they arrested the suspect in an attempted robbery of a local gaming establishment, and that they found multiple types of narcotics on his person. 42 year-old Reginold Green was issued multiple felony charges after his arrest.

According to police, Green was unsatisfied with his winnings at the gaming location, and brought a gun back into the building to make his feelings known. He's said to have knocked someone to the ground, and then was shot at by a security guard. Luckily no one was injured in the exchange.

The VSO says when they arrested Green, he became further agitated and kicked the door of the patrol car to the point that it couldn't close completely. Deputies are said to have then found bags of cocaine and fentanyl in Green's car.

After being arrested, Green was transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail and booked on charges of attempted robbery with a firearm, aggravated assault with a firearm (two counts), fentanyl trafficking, cocaine possession (two counts), paraphernalia possession, and criminal mischief. His bond was set at $278,500.
